● 12/30/10 - IN THE NEWS - Associate Attorney, Kim Chapman successfully secured a dismissal in the 30th Circuit Court for a client who was charged with Felonious Assault. While in District Court, with this same client, she successfully negotiated with the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, to prevent the charge being bumped from Felonious Assault up to Felonious Assault with the Intent To Do Great Bodily Harm.
